Marketing & Sales Administrator
We are looking for a self-motivated, passionate individual with a creative flair, who loves Sales and Marketing.

The Red Hall is a beautiful 37 bed hotel, but it is also a unique wedding venue and houses the Oscar's restaurant.

We are looking for someone who can drive sales and implement marketing campaigns for all three aspects of the business.


The successful applicant will also be a strong Salesperson with effective skills in Digital Media and Social marketing both online and at point of sale, wowing our customers with fantastic service and growing our customer base by identifying new leads and converting enquiries to bookings.

The ability to help us define, design, build and implement digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms is essential.

The goal is to drive sales, customer awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention across all three avenues.


You will help to plan a varied range of internal & external events whist creating an events calendar for the year with driven targets for sales and a marketing for each month.

You will ensure excellent presentation of the wedding, restaurant, and conference spaces.


You will deal with all aspects of each event from start to finish from planning, coordinating, admin, arranging accommodation, planning menus with clients and Chef.


As the Marketing & Sales Administrator you will join our very talented and dedicated team, together you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Red Hall online presence, through the management of the website, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok pages etc.

You will also participate in showcases, event meetings, show arounds, follow ups, print campaigns and cold calling.

Main duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing a social media marketing plan ensuring regular creative, original, engaging, and relevant media posts across all channels including paid for posts
  • Sales
  • Maintaining and updating our website
  • Pushing events and showcases through online and print platforms.
  • Reporting on social media activity and successes
  • Creating short videos for social media, website and YouTube
  • Always looking for new digital opportunities to promote the brand.
  • Ad hoc marketing activities to support the wider team as and when required
  • Administrative & Sales support the events team

Essential Criteria:

  • Sales
Experience

  • Previous Digital Marketing experience
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and social management tools
  • Love and enthusiasm for Sales & Marketing
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong IT skills and digitally creative.
  • Hard working with the ability to work under pressure
  • Personal drive & an enthusiastic and dedicated approach to work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organised work ethic
  • A Sense of humour

Job Types: 32 hours per week across 5 days including some weekends

Salary:
£9.80 per hour
