About the role


We are on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Administrator to join our thriving company and be the backbone of our Supply Chain operations.

Provide top-notch administrative support to the Supply Chain team, ensuring they have everything they need to close deals successfully.

Able to Process and track sales orders with precision and speed, guaranteeing a seamless experience for our valued customers and third party providers.

Key Duties:

  • Inputting of sales orders relating to site orders and thirdparty orders.
  • Communicating with customers regarding order and their status.
  • Sales order amendments.
  • Reconciliation of stocks at third party storage.
  • Picking of sales orders for third parties.
  • Receipting stock at third parties.
  • Direct delivery admin of sales orders, purchase orders and deliveries.
  • Communicate with relevant suppliers to ensure deliveries and on time and in full.
  • Work closely with Planning team to ensure deliveries are on time to meet plan requirements.
  • Generate and issue reports relating to stocks for despatch to third party locations.
  • Generate and issue reports relating to urgent stocks for despatch

About You

  • Ability to commute/relocate to the site in Bury BL9 8RQ (required),
  • Willing to undertake all relevant Operational, technical, health & Safety, environment and development training required by company policy and legal requirements,
  • Impeccable organisation, planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar support role.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills you thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially excel
  • Excellent interdepartmental communication skills you're a pro at fostering positive relationships.
  • Detailoriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
