With my Client, I am looking for a Marketing Administrator to join a highly successful and growing business within their Marketing Operations team.

*This will initially be offered on a 12 month contract, with a view to going permanent.

As an integral part of the Marketing team, your role is to coordinate and deliver multiple marketing campaigns for customers.

You will have responsibility, accountability, and clear deadlines.

You will add value to all marketing with your natural flare, ortrained skills, and be able to build strong working relationships with ease.

Main purpose of the job;

  • To brief, manage and deliver impactful communications and marketing campaigns to our customers, with the objective of increasing engagement, website registrations, and improving customer experience.
  • Designing and delivering marketing campaigns
  • Understand the business, products, and our various customers in order to communicate marketing effectively.
  • Collaboratively work with internal teams to identify and agree what communications and campaigns are required
  • Add value through clear marketing communications ensure campaigns are engaging, suited to the target audience, and able to deliver on their objective e.g. lead generation.
  • Coordinate all marketing briefs using our online studio management system.
  • Be responsible for progressing a brief through each stage of signoff effectively.
  • Manage multiple marketing campaigns, coordinating all amends with the client, the internal creative team and any other stakeholders, ensuring briefs are compliant and delivered to deadline.
  • Organised and disciplined to coordinate multiple marketing campaigns, for various internal clients with competing priorities. Able to positively and constructively challenge.
You must have current / previous, relevant Marketing experience to be considered for the role. Marketing qualifications are not essential but would be advantageous
