We are looking for a naturally caring individual with an enthusiasm for providing services to adults with learning disabilities then you should join our team at our bright and cheerful registered care home in Ryde, Isle of Wight This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 hours per week on a rota basis (including weekends and sleep-ins).


As a Learning Disability Worker, you'll have a hands-on approach to caring for our vulnerable residents, working as part of a team to help our residents gain more independence and have better opportunities to get involved within the local community.

This is a truly rewarding role where you'll play many parts within our residents' lives.

What you'll have


If you don't have experience in care but you have a genuine passion for helping people to live a better life, then we'll provide you with a full training programme to give you the skills you need to excel in this role.


You must have the right attitude to be able to work well as part of a team and adapt quickly to your surroundings.

And most of all, you'll have the ambition to learn new skills and make a positive difference to our residents' lives
