We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Money & Assets Protection (CAP) Compliance expert to join our Markets & Securities Services Compliance team. You'll work closely with the Head of Client Asset Protection as a CASS Risk Steward, offering advice, risk assessment, and solutions to mitigate the Bank's regulatory risk. In this role, you will:
- Help coordinate and provide detailed technical guidance to ensure standards compliance across all UK regulated entities under FCA CASS & FSCS/PRA regulations.
- Analyze data to identify potential risks for further inspection.
- Participate in governance meetings to offer advice and raise challenges.
- Review and improve CAP and business policies to reduce risks.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes to guide the business in compliant operations.
Requirements:
- Deep experience in Client Assets (CASS) Compliance from banking, financial services, auditors, or consultancies.
- Proven expertise in CASS Compliance through risk stewardship, oversight, advisory roles.
- Analytical mindset comfortable with data analysis for risk management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, solving problems efficiently.
Base location: London with hybrid working.
