Job Description

We're recruiting for a Employee Relations Consultant

to join us on a 12 month FTC. We're offering a competitive base salary and strong benefits package.

nThe role can be based in Cardiff, Hove or LondonnWhat you'll be doing:
nProviding employee relations guidance and support to Managers, Leaders, and the wider HR teamnContinuously looking to strengthen and develop the relationship between the business and UnionsnSupporting in disputes, grievances, and redundanciesnImplementing change that positively supports L&Gs people policiesnProviding coaching and training on Employee Relations related work to HR and the business

Qualifications

nFor this role you will need to be a subject matter expert in Employee RelationsnDetailed knowledge on employment legislation and HR policiesnExperienced in dealing with redundancies, TUPEs, and disputesnExperience in working in a unionised businessnIdeally have experience of working in Financial ServicesnWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
