We are now looking to strengthen our existing Business Development team and are recruiting for a
Junior Demand Planner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with stock at sku/store level.
  • Support & suggest store/sku forecast accuracy improvements that can influence, delivering significant YOY improvement.
  • Support forecast future sales demand at store level capture seasonal events, promotional activity and markdown to maximise availability in store.
  • Ensure new store stock build plans are achieved in agreed timeframes
  • Ensure on time delivery of new range launches.
  • Assist with stock count data and aid in providing Stock Take Reports.
  • Respond to third party stock, delivery and invoice queries. Deal with inaccuracies in a timely and professional manner
  • Reporting to the Demand Planner and Inventory Management Analyst to support on shelf availability is maintained to support sales.
  • Good knowledge/experience of Supply Chain and Stock Management principles/processes
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Relex similar replenishment systems
  • Good communications skills at all levels
  • Experience in Supply Chain / Store Stock Management / Logistics / Operations
  • Demonstrable drive & commitment and willingness to learn and adapt
  • Good levels of planning, organisational skills and the ability to multi task
  • Experience working in a retail environment is advantageous, but not essential
