Essential:
  • Minimum 3 years of SaaS strategic account management experience, handling intricate accounts effectively
  • Previous involvement in online/onsite product training

Responsibilities Overview

As an Account Manager at Angel Solutions, you play a crucial role in executing our strategic vision and enhancing the success of our School and Multi-Academy Trust clients. Your duties involve:

  • Leading customer orientation calls to establish expectations and goals
  • Understanding customer needs, facilitating onboarding, providing product training, encouraging product usage, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Promoting and cultivating best practices for product use
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for customers, maintaining regular communication and assistance throughout their journey
  • Managing customer expectations, particularly regarding product updates
  • Monitoring customer accounts, tracking performance metrics, and key indicators
  • Proactively engaging customers to maximize value from our software
  • Utilizing real-time data to enhance customer experience and support
