About the Company:

Lakeland Dairies Co-operative Society Limited (The Group) is the second largest dairy processor on the island of Ireland.

The Group's Agribusiness Division (Lakeland Agri) operates a state of the art Animal Feed Manufacturing Facility and is a leading and innovative provider of the highest quality feeds and agricultural inputs to dairy, beef and sheep farmers across the north and south of Ireland.

Position Available:
Human Resources Business Partner
Applications are invited for the above position on the Artigarvan site.

As a key member of the Group HR Team, the Human Resources Business Partner will be a trusted advisor and a strategic and operational partner to the business.

They will be a key influencer both within the HR function and with Management and other colleagues across the business.

Working closely with the Head of HR NI/UK and other HR colleagues, the HR Business Partner will support a consistent and transparent adoption of people policies and practices across the business.

They will have responsibility for promoting HR policies and systems as part of the Company's People Strategy for talent attraction, development and retention.

Requirements:

The role requires a candidate to have gained a third level degree in Human Resource Management or CIPD Level 7 qualification.

Candidates must have several years' relevant experience working as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner. Experience within FMCG/Manufacturing would be considered advantageous. The successful candidate will also have experience of working in a fast-paced challenging environment managing multiple projects. The successful candidate will be a confident self-starter with an inquisitive and questioning mindset. Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgement and effectively problem solve. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong team player attributes. The successful candidate must also have a flexible and adaptable approach with a high level of resilience.
