People & Culture HR Partner

  • Newry Town
  • Salary £40-£45,000 +Bonus

This isn’t your typical HR role. We are looking for someone who’s dedicated to continuous improvement, and who can connect with people from all walks of life and genuinely make a positive impact. Keen to build leaders, and encourage them to be the best in the business, and it all starts with this position.

Flexible approach to work-life balance throughout the year as follows:

  • April-September-4 days/week (Every Friday Off not condensed and FT salary)
  • October-December 5 days in office
  • January-March 4.5 Days per week (half-day Fridays WFH)
  • 32 days Leave inc Stats
  • Enhanced maternity pay

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A degree in HR or equivalent, with CIPD qualification preferred.
