About this role...
We are looking for a Lead Managerto join the Lambeth Street Engagement Team.
Thames Reach's Lambeth Street Engagement Team supports adults in the Lambeth community who have complex drug and alcohol misuse issues. The team works flexibly to identify individuals engaging in a chaotic street lifestyle, building positive relationships and offering support into treatment services. The team works in close partnership with services across Lambeth to protect individuals and communities from the harms caused by drug and alcohol misuse, contributing to the improvement of the general health and wellbeing of the service users.
You will:
- Be responsible for directly line managing a team
- Ensure the team are focused on facilitating rapid treatment outcomes for vulnerable adults
- Be responsible for managing the services performance against its contract, monitoring and regularly reporting to funders on performance in meeting its targets.
- Manage relationships with partner organisations including our commissioners and other local service providers.
- Develop best practice and continuously assess barriers to ending rough sleeping.
To succeed as the Lead Manager, you will have:
- Experience in directly managing staff, and oversee the management of others in line with Thames Reach policies.
- Outcome focused.
- A decisive and effective leader.
- An excellent communicator, able to form and maintain effective working relationships with our stakeholders.
- Organised and able to oversee the operations of a busy outreach team.
