We are currently recruiting a Trainee Service Administrator to join our Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van dealership in Fareham


This is key role within the service team, and a fantastic and exciting opportunity to be part of a prestige dealership and start your career with Mercedes-Benz and Marshall Motor Group.

This role is a full time permanent position working on a Monday to Friday basis.

What experience do I need?


We are looking to speak to you if you have had previous demonstrable experience within a customer intercation role, where you have been self managing your own workload and ideally with some administration or bookings experience.

What will I do on a daily basis?

  • Take incoming telephone queries, make and take customer bookings.
  • Ensuring customers are kept up to date throughout the time their vehicle is with us.
  • Meet and greet the customers and support the Service Team where necessary.
  • Create invoices and jobcards and ensure the bookings diary is up to date.
