As a Building Surveyor Trainee, you'll work closely with our experienced team to deliver expert advice and services to clients across the UK. You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from industrial and office developments to multi-academy trusts.
Our five-year programme will equip you with the technical skills and leadership qualities needed to succeed in your field. You'll have the chance to complete your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and become a Chartered Building Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Key Responsibilities- Work on a range of real estate projects, including industrial, offices, and multi-academy trusts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Contribute to the delivery of expert advice and services to clients
- Support the completion of your APC and become a Chartered Building Surveyor
- Full driving licence
