ofRole**:


As Customer Services Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for various customer accounts, being the first point of contact for all post order enquiries.

Building strong customer relationships and generating sales by providing exceptional customer service.

This will require sales order vetting, review and entry onto our MRP system, expediting orders, liaising with all other departments to provide pro-active, timely and accurate feedback to our customers.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for nominated customers for all order related communications, managing a portfolio of nominated accounts including order entry and all customer service enquiries, exceeding the customers expectations in terms of responsiveness.
  • Ensure orders are managed effectively from cradle to grave, ensuring no unnecessary delays occur in other departments and that our finished goods inventory is minimised by no delays prior to despatch, with timely and proactive communication throughout.
  • Ensure customer orders are confirmed and acknowledged within agreed KPIs and timescales, with regular review to ensure customer is proactively notified of any unavoidable delays.
  • Ensure all data entered into the MRP system is accurate, and follows agreed process including valid price verification.
  • Ensure all customer documentation is provided efficiently and on time, including order acknowledgements, drawings and certificates.
  • Progress all expedite requests for the nominated set of customers, including liaising cross functionally with teams such as Planning, Purchasing, Engineering and Operations.

Person Specification/Profile:

  • A positive, resilient, highly motivated individual with confidence to voice and implement new and creative ideas to achieve success.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Office software and strong communication skills, both verbal & written.
  • Strong problemsolving ability and experience of seeing solutions through to completion.
  • High level of data entry accuracy, attention to detail with data entry/admin experience.
  • Excellent customer handling skills and experience with a strong focus towards achieving excellent customer service.
  • Strong organisation & prioritisation skills, capable of working quickly and accurately under his/her own initiative in a busy, highpressure environment.
  • A confident, selfmotivated team player with a good telephone manner who can handle customers from a range of industries, levels, background and personality types.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, being comfortable and able to communicate effectively at all levels, from the shop floor to the executive internally, and with our customers.
