We are seeking two compassionate and proactive individuals to join our supportive and skilled team of Recovery Support Workers at our Mental Health supported housing service in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

As a Recovery Support Worker you will:

  • Provide assistance to individuals with mental health challenges in various settings
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and dedication to achieving positive results through a personalized recovery approach
  • Collaborate with service users to develop plans that help them lead fulfilling lives and reach their goals
  • Establish ambitious goals and offer guidance to help our users progress towards them

This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week.
