Personalized Care is a service that provides support for individuals with learning disabilities and other associated conditions - autism spectrum disorder, dementia, mental health conditions (dual-diagnosis) physical needs, sensory impairments, profound and multiple needs and life limiting conditions, up to 24 hours a day.

This role is to provide a safe and caring environment and to offer a professional service, to support people in their own homes & in the community.

You need to be dedicated to the encouragement of the individual to achieve the best health and wellbeing.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 500 months

Part-time hours: 6-30 per week

Salary:
£10.42-£11.42 per hour
