We are looking to recruit 2 Senior Administrators on to our projects (one on PPP and one on to our DDP/ADAPT projects) One role due to expansion and the other due to promotion.

The Key Duties Are

  • To process invoices for settlement using Oracle EBS.
  • To assist with the processing of timesheets as and when required.
  • Setting up systems and processing technical files/documentation.
  • To maintain purchase order records both manual and electronic.
  • To assist with the input of timesheets on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • To assist Staff with issues relating to expense advances and the settle of balances.
  • Carrying out administration tasks to support the running of the Department.
  • Book travel for Staff as and when required

Both roles require good communication and organisation skills, a good level of numeracy and literacy, an enthusiastic self motivated individual with a positive outlook and of course the ability to pick up new systems and processes (and maybe even improve them ).

You'll also be handling a wide variety of tasks including compiling of information, organising / and scheduling meetings, the collation and formation of data/electronic files. Chasing up queries and details/documentation and setting up systems / processes.
