Our client has been successfully trading to the retail and domestic markets for many years and are known for their excellent product/installation quality and outstanding customer service experience.

The right candidate will currently be working as a window and door service engineer diagnosing and fixing problems.

Senior Fitters will also be considered for the roleThe role:

  • Meet with customers at their homes or business and undertake assigned repair/maintenance or to excellent standards,
  • Assist with locating of required parts when required
  • Completing jobs that are booked in, in a good timely manner
  • Maintaining stock level of all parts
  • Keeping the van clean and tidy
  • Deliver excellent customer service to our customers on every job
  • Deal with any enquiries from customer professionally
  • Adhere to health and safety at all timesThe candidate:
  • Have Good knowledge of all types of door and window systems, specifically upvc and aluminium products
  • Currently working as a window and door service engineer, but senior fitters will also be considered
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel and be able to work independently
  • Be computer literate
