What you'll do
Reporting directly to the Senior Network Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our retailers and internal stakeholders.

You will be the central liaison point for all retailer queries and support the regional team in delivering its commercial objectives.


Your key deliverables will include:

  • Developing a good knowledge of VCUK systems and processes and providing recommendations to the Head of Sales and Aftersales on enhancements to policies and processes based on sound analytics
  • Proactively identifying trends, issues, and opportunities to support the regional team
  • Utilising and developing the Salesforce system to meet UK business needs and supporting the development of the ticketing system for retailer queries to provide insight and process improvements
  • Having a good understanding of both sales and aftersales related topics and have credibility within the retail network with a good knowledge of retailer operations
  • Being a primary liaison between sales delivery and the key stakeholders across VCUK and the retail network
  • Acting as the field force representative within the office you will be the goto person for retailer teams to support the resolution of business issues

What you'll bring

  • Experienced in sales and aftersales, in an automotive environment.
  • A supportive team player capable of working autonomously and remotely.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and display a resilient and positive outlook in what can be a highly pressurized environment.
  • An excellent communicator
  • Detailed in their knowledge and be able to maintain relationships with the Retailer network gained within the last 12 months
  • Able to make decisions and explain rationale to senior level Retail management


Experience in multi-discipline enquiry handling and a thirst for knowledge and desire to learn about all aspects of VCUK and our Retailer's business model would also be highly desirable for this role.
