I am working with one of the UK's largest main contractors in London who have a requirement for a Proposals Manager to join their Major Projects team on a 12 month Fixed term contract.
They work on a range of single and two stage tenders, framework and negotiated schemes in the commercial office, residential, and Pharmaceutical sectors working on schemes in excess of £100m.
The role is to work with the bid management team on producing the best quality bid possible and you will be involved in assessment of each bid, evaluating what needs to be produced, planning and managing key deadlines, designing and producing company specs, briefs and supporting literature, writing content and producing CV's and dealing with schemes and customer enquiries from PQQ and initial contact through to contract award.
The CandidateThe ideal candidate will be an experienced Proposals Manager with experience working in the construction industry.
They will be able to easily commute to London and have experience of working on complex bids.
They will be I.T. literate with a good grasp of Microsoft office.
