Job Overview:


We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in a care home setting.

The role involves assisting residents with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Assist in implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support residents with mobility and daily exercises
  • Help with meal preparation and feeding if required
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Drive residents to appointments or outings as needed
  • Utilize IT systems for documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • Experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards residents
  • Basic IT skills for recording information accurately

Job Type:
