I am partnered with a Financial Services Organisation based in Leeds City Centre who are recruiting Customer Service Advisors for their existing team based in their brand new, state of the art offices

This is a Monday-Friday role, 9am-5:30pm with 1 hour lunch You will receive a basic salary of £22,000 Per Annum, however you will be able to complete a recognised course within the Financial Services industry where you can uplift your salary to £23,500.

What will you be doing in your new role?

  • Following set compliance and GDPR processes at all times
  • Understanding customer & client queries and offering resolutions
  • At times, escalating issues to other departments to determine the root cause
  • Updating internal systems with real time information
  • Preparing correspondence to customers and clients with updates on their accounts
  • And providing excellent customer service at all times.
Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience within Customer Service
  • Experience within the Financial Services industry would be an advantage
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • The willingness to learn and develop on core skills
  • Be motivated and resilient to go the extra mile
