Quality Technician

We are hiring a Quality Technician for a client located in Ferndown

You will join the Test and Calibration team, ensuring that the product meets both customer and quality standards.


  • Carry out product verification through inspection and/or testing
  • Responsible for maintaining quality levels of manufactured products in line with customer, company, and regulatory standards
  • Develop and uphold general and specific inspection and test schedules and procedures
  • Evaluate and address customer returns
  • Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety requirements of ISO and AS9100

Key responsibilities of a Quality Technician:


  • Investigate and resolve issues impacting Quality, Process, Product, or Due Date Conformance
  • Escalate unresolved issues if necessary

Requirements for the Role:


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quality Technician in Contract Electronics Manufacturing (CEM)
  • Proficiency in using computers
  • Familiarity with AS9100 and IPC qualifications like 610, 620, J-STD
