Overview of the role


We're looking for domiciliary care support worker to join our team to support our end users in their own home with their day-to-day lives.


This is more than just a job - you'll be helping the individuals you care to promote and gain independence, confidence, and helping them to achieve their personal outcomes.

Salary

  • Hourly salary:_
£13.00 p/hr (Mon-Fri)

£16.50p/hr (Weekends)

£20.25 p/hr (Bank Holidays)

  • Benefits:_
Paid mileage (0.45P / mile)

What you need

  • Monday
  • Friday (Rota)
  • Available to work weekend (every other weekend)
  • Shifts available: 07:00 14:00 and/or 15:30 20:00
  • You need to be an enthusiastic Support Worker, communicate well, and honour your availability.
  • Demonstrate understanding of selfcentred care
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can work independently.
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Full UK Driving Licence and own motorised transportation.

Never done caring before?

  • NO PROBLEM
  • NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • We provide free training with userfriendly online modules.
  • Shadowing with a Senior Care manager is provided.
