Are you a Service Desk/1st Line Engineer looking for a new challenge?

Due to growth we are currently looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst, or passionate people who have an understanding of IT looking to break into this area.

Working as part of a busy Service Desk Team there is a requirement for an individual to carryout the duties of a Service Desk Analyst in support of a large Service Delivery organisation.

We offer a clear path for progression for those who want to move into more of a technical role.

Typically, our agents spend around 1year working in this role, and then progress into a Cloud Analyst or 2nd Line Automation Engineer which we will support andprovide internal training.


What you will bring:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time Management
  • Adapt to a changing environment as the business evolves

It would be great if you had:

  • Microsoft MCP qualified or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Virtualisation and Cloud Services.
  • Experience within service level agreements
  • Good working knowledge and experience of associated service management tools, techniques and methods within their area
  • Demonstrable experience of working as a Service Analyst on small to medium service management environments
