The service's vision is closely aligned to Norfolk County Council's Together for Norfolk 6-year plan and Putting People First strategy, which prioritises: inclusive growth, improved social mobility, excellence in education, real jobs, good infrastructure and supporting vulnerable people.


As part of this strategy, an exciting opportunity has arisen for tutors to deliver non-accredited courses within the Lipreading Curriculum area.

Lipreading classes are designed to give confidence and skills to help communicate better for those with a hearing loss.

You will be teaching learners 19+ and will deliver in the community at varied locations in Norfolk and online.

Ideally you will have a learner centred, active approach, along with an appreciation of added benefits of virtual learning and excellent organisation skills.


Ideally you will be a n experienced Lipreading Tutor who has been trained by Association of Teachers of Lipreading to Adults (ATLA).
