Key Responsibilities- Take a leadership role on planning applications and projects, coordinating and overseeing projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist the Regional Director and Associate Directors in developing the team's core competencies and extending technical and mentoring skills.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including team management, project coordination, and budget control.
- Develop and implement innovative methods to enhance project outcomes and provide exceptional client service.
- Negotiate the best terms for the business, ensuring strong awareness and management of legal and contractual aspects.
- RTPI-accredited degree or Masters in a related discipline.
- Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
- At least four years' post-qualification experience in a relevant role, with a reasonable amount of time working in the planning industry.
- Non-contractual growth bonus scheme (up to 10% of salary if growth target is achieved as a company).
