About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate/Senior Associate to join our Planning and Environmental Law team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in planning and environmental law, with a minimum of 5+ years PQE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality legal services to clients, including planning and environmental law advice.
  • Manage and control a varied caseload, workload, and risk management in relation to the role.
  • Develop relationships across departments and offices, as well as interaction with other law firms and professionals.
  • Assist in the design, delivery, and implementation of system changes, workflow, and process improvements.
  • Be involved in business development activities to promote the office and the business as a whole.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years PQE in planning and environmental law.
  • Strong knowledge of planning and environmental law, including compulsory purchase.
  • Ability to market and business develop to expand this area of work and gain new clients.
  • Flexible approach to work to ensure client deadlines are always met and clients are communicated with on a consistent and regular basis.
