Job Description

About:

ACT is currently seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our vibrant People & Culture team.

This role will be pivotal in sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent for ACT ensuring our workforce is equipped to drive our company's success.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. This role will also include assisting in our key People & Culture tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Craft engaging job advertisements and job specifications for both new and existing roles.
Conduct culture calls and maintain detailed notes to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews, gather comprehensive interview notes, and facilitate reference checks.
Engage in headhunting activities to attract passive candidates.
Administer DISC assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Manage the transition of agency to CIS (Contractor in Service) control, overseeing the 1000-hour process.
Build and develop the CIS bank of employees.
Negotiate and manage agency rates for optimal recruitment outcomes.
Participate in internal resourcing meetings to strategise recruitment efforts.
People & Culture
Use Employment Hero for efficient management of people & payroll tasks.
Prepare basic letters and change forms for employee communications.
Maintain a master list of colleague information for organisational purposes.
Facilitate uniform issuing processes as needed.
Manage basic People & Culture duties, including inbox management.

Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination, with a focus on delivering results.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in using HR software for efficient workflow management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
High level of organisation and attention to detail.
