Housman Court.

This 30 bedroom home is located in the heart of Bromsgrove and prides itself in providing the highest quality of care.

We are recruiting for a Senior to join our team and become an
integral part of our structure. There is a opportunity to further your knowledge in health and social care. We encourage NVQs and like to upskill our team members. We are a family orientated home, and believe in a good home/work life balance. Some flexibility with shift patterns and hours.

Duties will include;

  • Building relationships with local authorities and health professionals
  • Maintaining clear and accurate medication records in the home
  • Administer medication, assist on GP rounds,
  • Ensure the health and wellbeing of residents
  • Build positive professional relationship with residents families and friends
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Provide effective leadership
  • Maintain detailed accurate care plans on electronic system

Job Types:
