We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Cambridge Research Office. The University is one of the world's leading research-intensive academic institutions.

The Cambridge Research Office (CRO) is responsible for supporting all the research which is carried out across the University and is a team of approximately 170 staff.

About the Role


As the HR Administrator you will work closely with the HR Coordinator to provide a comprehensive service for all HR functions in the department.

You will support staff recruitment, induction, probation, end of contract procedures, leave and contract changes. You will also respond to a range of general HR queries, advising on HR policy, procedure and best practice.
