We are looking for a skilled Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to join our welcoming team on a long-term basis at our facility in Leominster.

As one of our FLT drivers, you will report to the Warehouse Manager and collaborate with the larger logistics team. Your responsibilities will involve handling finished goods and raw materials, loading and unloading vehicles, and operating within different warehouse areas on the premises.

Working hours:

This role follows a 12-hour shift pattern - 4 days on, 4 days off, including both day and night shifts from 6am-6pm/6pm-6am, with an average of 42 hours per week. Some degree of flexibility in working hours is essential to support the demands of a bustling FMCG production facility.

In order to be considered, you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Prior experience in a dynamic warehouse and distribution setting with a counterbalance forklift licence up to three tonnes
  • Proficiency in operating truck-mounted and handheld scanners for stock movements conducted via scanning
  • Capability in using computer systems to manage stock transactions on warehouse management platforms (training on KP systems will be provided)
