Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Truck Operator to join our team at KP Snacks. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift truck to handle finished goods and raw materials across our site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a counterbalance forklift truck to load and unload vehicles and move stock within the warehouse
  • Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to ensure efficient stock movements and accurate inventory levels
  • Use truck-mounted and handheld scanners to manage stock transactions on our warehouse management system
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external customers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a busy warehouse and distribution operation with a counterbalance forklift licence to three tonnes
  • Ability to operate truck-mounted and handheld scanners as stock movements are scanner based
  • Computer literate to manage stock transactions on the warehouse management system (training on KP systems will be provided)
