Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the team of HR Business Partners and Senior HR Business Partner.
  • Provide a comprehensive HR service to develop manager capability.
  • Implement key HR initiatives around talent and succession planning.
  • Proactively track and analyse HR metrics and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Execute change management and business improvement programmes.
  • Partner with the case management provider for employee relations matters.
  • Develop and deliver HR-related training to equip managers with necessary skills.
  • Support recruitment activities in collaboration with the recruitment team.
  • Champion good people management practices to empower line managers.
