SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a

Temporary Customer Service Agent to be based with one of their clients in Colwick.

You will need to demonstrate a passion for customer service and put the customer at the heart of everything you do

Being confident on the phones is essential to be successful for this role.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing any incoming queries, issues or complaints
  • Billing customers
  • To process Credit checks on behalf of business partners.
  • To check the orders input by business partners for accuracy and feedback / decline when appropriate.
  • To thoroughly check proofs of address, id and business in line with the appropriate network compliance guidelines.
  • Make outbound, take inbound calls maintaining a professional manner.
  • To assist business partners with using th fulfilment service, understanding procedures and escalate to Business Management when training is required.
  • To work with the company couriers to ensure deliveries are made correctly.
  • To escalate any system issues in a timely manner.
  • Compiling reports
  • General administration tasks including system updates, collating business correspondence etc.
Hourly Rate; £ £11.00 per hour

Working Hours am pm Monday - Friday
