Job Title - Transport Administrator

Location - Colwick, Nottingham

Contract - Temp to perm

Days required
  • Monday to Friday
Shifts - 06:00am -08:00am starts

More recruitment are actively looking to recruit a Transport Administrator for a contact based in Colwick, Nottingham

Duties for the Transport Administrator will include

  • Monitor all deliveries & report any issues, delays, breakdowns that are happening while drivers are out on the road.
  • Ensure all documents are updated with a full breakdown of any issues that are occurring
  • Assist with calls from our drivers and collection customers
  • Must be flexible & be able to multi task
  • Deal with the queries as swiftly and professionally as possible
  • Once fully trained you will be responsible for running the office each Saturday
  • Planning and booking collection drivers in for the Saturday shift once training has been given
  • This role is a great role for someone that would like to progress further in the transport industry.

Salary
PAYE salary £22k

Contracted hours 40-45per week

The successful Transport Administrator will be required to have the following;
- excellent computer literacy (Microsoft office, Word & Excel)

  • Transport background preferable
  • Good communication skills necessary.
  • Good timekeeping, reliability and attention to detail, is a must.
  • Ability to work with others and cope under pressure.
  • Committed, hard working and Patient
  • Able to Multitask at busy periods

Job Types:

£22,000.00 per year
