Due to company growth, our client is seeking a professional
Transport Planner to add to their growing team. As Transport Planner, you will be involved in the planning of formworks deliveries to customers across the UK. Previous experience within this field would be highly beneficial.

Offering nationwide delivery, the
Transport Planner will be integral to the day to day operation.

Key responsibilities for the
Transport Planner will include:


  • Planning for 20 + own vehicles and 3-6 subcontractors.
  • Manage and update transport monitor.
  • Liaise with sites regarding deliveries and orders placed.
  • Chase transport for returns and ensure trailer returned into Nottingham and monitor updated within 48/72 hours.
  • Damage/loss charges to sites.
  • Hire report summary queries.
  • Hire report summary, revise report at job completion.
  • Log of sites checking hire report.
  • General Office Duties.
  • Help other staff with any administration duties as requested.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft package.
  • Knowledge of formwork.
  • Good telephone manner.


GCSE's required A
  • C, preferably A level educated.
  • Construction or plant background.
  • Knowledge of internal hire company processes and operations.
