As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
  • Up sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
