The Role

  • Devise intelligent strategies to boost LTV and enhance purchase frequency leading to a more loyal customer base
  • Identify key growth opportunities through cohort analysis, prioritize these within the lifecycle team roadmap
  • Lead pioneering campaigns to enrich interactions with specific customer segments, aiming to elevate them to higher-value customer statuses
  • Create experiments to gauge the effectiveness of proposed new campaign strategies, refine for enhanced performance
  • Work closely with BI to gain deeper insights into customer behavior and product preferences, ensuring customer communications are always data-driven
  • Collaborate with the Head of Ecommerce to establish incentives and personalization tactics for specific cohorts, prioritize necessary technical enhancements
  • Drive and optimize our marketing opt-in strategy to maximize growth in our addressable database, keep up with industry changes and regulations
  • Mentor and guide our Lifecycle Manager, share the long-term vision for retention activities with the broader lifecycle marketing team
  • Partner with the Director of Performance Marketing to enhance reporting for lifecycle channels
  • Assist in returning customer forecasting, aligning with overall business objectives, ensuring future initiatives support target achievement or surpass it
  • Provide concise updates on key projects to senior stakeholders
  • Evaluate and explore alternative tech solutions and communication methods
