Reed Accountancy are currently assisting an established company based in Crawley who are seeking an experienced Accounts assistant (purchase ledger) to join their existing team.

Reporting to the Financial Manager this role will be responsiblefor the following duties:

Responsibilities:

  • Processing high volume invoices
  • Weekly payment run
  • Credit Card payments
  • Reconciliations
  • Foreign currency payments
  • Checking and processing staff expenses
  • Dealing with expense queries
  • Assisting with cashiering

Requirements:

  • Ideally immediately available
  • Possess strong purchase ledger and expenses experience
  • Multi currency experience
  • Eager to learn and develop and join a fast paced working environment
  • Strong IT and Communication skills are essential
