Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within The Training and Development Team. We are looking for a person with enthusiasm and passion to co-ordinate key development programmes that support and grow our NELFT colleagues.

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge and skills in co-ordinating programmes across an organisation, who can work both independently and as part of a wider team.

Main duties of the job

Support the development of the organisation workforce development investment plan Co-ordinate the commissioning of both pre and post registration education and training in conjunction with local training boards (London, East of England and Kent) in partnership with local universities and other training providers Work in partnership with Organisational Development and the Nursing Directorate to co-ordinate and monitor clinical development programmes Responsible for providing regular communication to managers responsible for training and development within NELFT Provide advice and regular reports to the Learning and Development Managers, Head of Learning Services and Integrated Care Directorate

High Cost Area Supplement - Outer London

This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £4,313 to a maximum of £5,436 pro rata for part time).

To co-ordinate all functions of the key programmes that includes planning, procurement, stakeholder engagement, providing information, tracking staff engagement and communicating with a wider range of both internal and external people,
