Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the People and Culture Directorate. The post holder will provide a responsive and efficient administrative and project support service to meet the needs of the Workforce Transformation Lead and wider teams. The post holder will use their reason, intellect and judgement to work on their own initiative to deal with matters on behalf of their manager.

Main duties of the job

Provide a high quality confidential and comprehensive administrative service including diary management for the Workforce Transformational lead

Co-ordinate administration and delivery of the quarterly staff survey

Support directorates in all administrative aspects of the national staff survey action planning process including accessing staff survey data

Utilise advanced level IT skills to create dynamic reports, spreadsheets and presentations

Oversee the facilitation and administration of meetings, including: preparation of agenda, taking formal minutes and action points

Administering and collation of evaluations and maintaining the database for attendees

Participate in project work as part of the Just and Compassionate Transformation Programme

Be an excellent communicator with a range of people internal and external to NELFT

High Cost Area Supplement - Outer London

This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £4,313 to a maximum of £5,436 pro rata for part time).
