The Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Processing reservations using the hotel's reservation management system.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Liaising with other departments, such as housekeeping and the front desk, to ensure a coordinated approach to reservations.
• Ensuring accurate and uptodate records of all reservations and cancellations are maintained.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Upselling hotel services and amenities to customers.
• Preparing reports on reservations and revenue as required.
• Staying uptodate with the latest industry trends and developments.
