**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing reservations using the hotel's reservation management system.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Liaising with other departments, such as housekeeping and the front desk, to ensure a coordinated approach to reservations.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations and cancellations are maintained.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Upselling hotel services and amenities to customers.
- Preparing reports on reservations and revenue as required.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A good understanding of reservation management systems.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
