Are you a passionate people person, do you have a flair for presentation and communication? For this role, you will need to be highly collaborative, flexible, a problem solver with a keen eye for detail and the ability to improvise when needed.

As one of our senior hotel reservationists, part of your role will be to Service all hotel specific reservation enquiries and Reservations Traces e.g., parking charges, special requests, dinner bookings etc. Identifying customer needs and providing solutions to match them to the hotel products and services available, ensuring that all reservations produce maximum revenue.

Deliver brand standards of outstanding customer enquiry service ensuring clear and effective communication is consistently maintained with the CRS, GER, Sales, Revenue, Hotel Operational Team

Fully understand the pricing strategy and maximise opportunity during peak and off-peak periods; update revenue of local events and local market news that may impact demand calendars. And have an in-depth knowledge of key competitor hotels and venues, their strengths, and weaknesses versus our own product to aid enquiry conversion
