About the Position:

As a Motor Claims Leader, you will oversee a team of approximately 12 Claims Handlers. Your role involves coaching team members to enhance their performance, conducting regular feedback sessions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers. Collaborating with the leadership team, you will identify and address any operational obstacles to streamline processes effectively.
