The role of Transaction Reporting BA is really important to us.

You will develop clear requirement specifications, ensuring that all needs are identified clearly and unambiguously, with detailed consideration for all project and technical dependencies and risks.


This role will be based in our London office however, you will be able to work a blend of both home and office each week.

You will report into the Senior Transaction Reporting Analyst, who will be your line manager and responsible for things like performance review meetings, 1-1s and development conversations.

In addition, you will work closely with our Treasury Markets, Risk and Change functions.

What would your day look like?

  • Primarily responsible for working on the change program impacting the Transaction Reporting Team.
  • Contribute to projects bringing your knowledge of the challenges of trade and transaction reporting and how firms tackle them to the table.
  • Primary BA supporting the implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM)for Transaction Reporting
  • Assisting in performing indepth and complex analysis of data produced for management and executive reporting.

What do we expect of you?

  • Advance Excel Skills (Data simulation, analytics, and advanced formula)
  • Understanding of the RTS for MIFID, EMIR and SFTR
  • Experience working within Financial Services as a Business Analyst critically within a regulatory change framework
  • Experience working with transaction reporting data, with the understanding of how Transaction reporting regulations are managed in an operational environment
  • Change Management Methodology proven delivery experience working in a project environment with different methodologies (waterfall & agile)
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation the ability to critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources, reconcile variances, and recommend proposals to clients
  • Experience in working on regulatory change projects (MIFID, EMIR, SFTR) for financial institutions
  • System Knowledge (FIS Quantum; Bloomberg RHUB; Markitwire; DTCC GTR. JIRA, UnaVIst)
