Transaction Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Transaction Reporting Analyst to join our team at Robert Walters. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting daily transaction monitoring for EMIR, MIFID II & SFTR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate completion of daily tasks and timely escalation of issues.
  • Administer daily MIFID II, EMIR & SFTR requirements in accordance with established procedures.
  • Manage exceptions from Trade Repository (TR) and Approved Reporting Mechanism (ARM).
  • Run workflows and create bi-weekly presentation packs for key stakeholders.
  • Perform reconciliations between source systems and reporting data.
  • Maintain relationships with counterparties and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Operational knowledge of MIFID, EMIR & SFTR requirements.
  • Experience using UnaVista and DTCC would be beneficial.
  • Prior experience with Alteryx would be advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
