Position Overview:
- This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
- Hybrid role based in London office with specific work hours and on-call responsibilities.
- Supporting end-users with IT-related issues and maintaining systems and applications.
- Travel may be required to regional offices.
- Provide end-user IT support and escalate complex issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain software and applications.
- Assist with mobile devices, VoIP telephony, and video conferencing support.
- Manage hardware installation, maintenance, and replacements.
- Perform operational tasks, user account administration, and assist with system projects.
- Collaborate on technology projects and support system upgrades.
- Carry out additional tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, networking, and communication technologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, ITIL principles, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience in a legal IT environment is advantageous.
