  • Running a retirement living service catering to the needs of older adults aged 55 and above.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing daily communication and support to independent residents within the Scheme.
  • Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of the Scheme.
  • Facilitating resident engagement and involvement.

Additional Duties:

  • Conducting daily welfare checks with residents.
  • Providing information and signposting services.
  • Reporting on maintenance issues.
  • Performing Health & Safety checks regularly.
